We’ve been working with Vincentz and ISA Adv since 2020
We realized for a client of VINCENTZ AS ApS, a Danish company expert in cloud solutions, an integration for a complete monitoring and optimization of the Call Center.
The final customer is ISA Advertising Danmark A/S that, working a lot with phone calls, felt the need for a customized solution for their PBX.
An integration for complete Call Center monitoring and optimization
The Wallboard that we have created allows you to view the performance of your operators in real time. A precise control and an easy use of all call information allow you to evaluate the progress and performance of the Call Center, operator by operator, so you can act promptly where needed.
The interface is clear and easy to use, in Danish, English and Italian; the information is easily identifiable and are:
Dynamic operator statistics in real time
- Number of calls in conversation
- Total time in conversation
- Time of first and last conversation
Call group data
- Total number of calls
- Number of available operators
- Number of operators in conversation
